8th Air Force Veterans
I had a wonderful time attending the Annual 8th AFHS Reunion in Nashville, Tennessee on October 9-12. There were over 60 WW II veterans in attendance, and as always, it was fascinating to hear their stories. Some of the fun outside activities were going to the Grand Ole Opry where the headline act was Lady Antebellum, the Nashville Nightlife Theater, and getting up close and personal with the B-17 Memphis Belle used in making the 1990 movie.
